Cost and Time Saving
An unusual part of this construction was the gypsum based flow screed used. NCL Contractors with the guidance and training from Hope Concrete Products installed the Under Floor Heating and self levelling screed system using in house labour.
This cost and time saving technique is now being offered to various other clients as part of our Value Engineering exercises on projects and as a USP for NCL Contractors.
