How We Undertook The Project

The project was completed to a high standard, on time & on budget.

NCL recognised that working within a live school, would require professional & proactive management to successfully delivery the project safety & on time. The staff at clover hill infant school reported that the works were carried out in a tidy & professional manner.

Overall, a very successful project. NCL worked well with the school & were happy to help at a moment’s notice. We hope to work with the school on future projects they may have.

The new classbase constructed included a tiled pitched roof - incorporating timber trusses, M&E services and traditional finishes throughout.

The project required our full-time site manager, with years of carpentry experience, to effectively manage the day to day challenges.

A new tiled pitch roof was constructed, with four large Velux windows installed. The new classroom base was well constructed and will be a great addition to the school.

External works undertaken proved very important for the school’s drainage system and helped prevent future problems & maintenance.
