We had the pleasure of working on a 2 storey extension which was being connected to a 70’s build bungalow in North Norfolk.
The new extension consisted of soft red face bricks, bedded in rustic style lime appearance mortar, incorporating coursed chalk panels between full length bespoke windows.
The contract consisted of the demolition of 60% of the existing bungalow and the construction of a two storey extension linked to the remaining building.
The existing remaining bungalow section was refurbished to match the new extension. The Internal finishes included a bespoke kitchen & utility areas.
The staircase included a design of steel and glass to give the entrance a feel of open space and balanced natural lighting.
