Traditional build with Contractors Design portions on the Electrical and Mechanical works.
Value Engineering allowed additional works to be included in the scheme giving the school a wonderful external canopy and teaching area with raised planters and decking.
Completed on time and to a good quality this project has led on to the opportunity to negotiate further works on site with the school with a summer 2016 start.
